Crystal Pittman -230 v Sydney Smith +190<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nWe were ready to cash a play against Sydney Smith in her last fight, but she pulled out literally before walking out to the ring. I\u2019m pretty sure someone in her corner knew how bad she was going to lose and they wouldn\u2019t let her fight because that was going to be a destruction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
This fight won\u2019t be as bad as the last one was going to be, but Smith is still going to lose. She has no defense whatsoever, and she swings wildly without looking where she\u2019s punching. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Pittman is going to be so much bigger than Smith as well as Pittman is 20 pounds bigger. Pittman doesn\u2019t throw a lot of volume, but her punches have really good power to them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Smith is going to try and start out with a flurry when the fight starts, but as soon as Pittman blasts her in the face she\u2019ll retreat and get flustered. Pittman will eventually knock her out<\/strong>, and -230 is a gift<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nDaniel Alvarez -130 v Victor Rosas +100<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nDaniel Alvarez is a maniac in the ring. Two fights ago he picked up his opponent and slammed him down, then in his last fight he got blasted in the first round for an early KO loss. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
He dances around and throws every punch like it\u2019s the last punch he\u2019ll ever throw so he\u2019s a kill or be killed fighter. Victor Rosas is making is Bare Knuckle debut, and he\u2019s much more measured with his strikes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
However, I think that may be a problem for him as Alvarez isn\u2019t going to give him much space to move, and with this being Rosas\u2019s first Bare Knuckle fight, Alvarez\u2019s chaotic style is going to confuse Rosas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Rosas leaves his chin open as well, and they kickboxers he\u2019s been facing recently don\u2019t have the power of Alvarez, and they\u2019ve been wearing padded gloves. I\u2019ll take Alvarez to win the fight<\/strong>, but whatever you do\u2026make sure you\u2019re around to watch a Daniel Alvarez fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nLorenzo Hunt -225 v Mick Terrill +185<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nThis fight should be fun, and unlike a lot of BKFC fights that are pure chaos, these guys fight with controlled aggression, and they don\u2019t tire out in the first round. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Terrill will have the size, and Hunt will have the speed, but I give the edge to Hunt for durability and cardio. Terrill can get a bit flat-footed which leaves himself open to get hit, and Hunt can damage him up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Hunt will probably look to do damage with volume over one-shot power, and I believe he will if he avoids a couple of big shots that Terrill will look to land early in the fight. Terrill will do his fair share of damage to Hunt, but the speed, cardio and volume of Hunt should get him the win<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
BKFC KnuckleMania IV Main Event: Mike Perry -475 vs Thiago Alves +375<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n
On the surface, it would appear that Alves has been brought in so Perry can get another win in a bloody, fast-paced fight, and this fight could absolutely play out that way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Perry pushes forward and is willing to eat a lot of shots in order to land his own, and it\u2019s worked in BKFC so far, but he eats a lot of shots, and at some point, it\u2019s going to cost him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m not sure Alves is the one to beat Perry as Alves is 40 years old, and we haven\u2019t seen him fight in almost 3 years. He\u2019s won 2 BKFC fights in a row, but they aren\u2019t impressive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
In his last fight, Alves was pretty beaten up before his opponent gassed out and the fight was stopped. This fight should feature violence, and I\u2019ll take Perry to get the KO<\/strong> as Alves is easily hittable, and he doesn\u2019t have the counterstrikes to KO Perry\u2019s forward pressure.
