After hitting three home run props last week, we started off this week with a bang, calling a Marcell Ozuna home run Monday night. Today’s card is small, but there are nice matchups and some have juicy splits, so let’s dive into home run prop bets.

Austin Riley (ATL) +<\/strong>340<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Austin Riley is 2-9 in his career with Jose Quintana, but today, we expect him to get to Quintana. Despite batting just .222 against Quintana, Riley has a .335 xBA with a 27.9-degree launch angle. Riley had 11 home runs off of lefties last season, and we expect him to get his first off a lefty this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quintana did a very good job keeping righties in the yard last season, and he does not allow a ton of home runs. The Mets bullpen is well-rested, but it still lacks talent, so whether it be off Quintana early in the game or against a reliever, Austin Riley is one of the best home run prop bets today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yordan Alvarez (HOU) +320<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As long as Yordan Alvarez is in the lineup, he’s a threat to hit the long ball. Tonight, he faces Brady Singer, who has been solid so far this season. In his career against Singer, Alvarez is 2-9 with a home run. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Singer has allowed one home run this season, and it was to a lefty batter. Last season, Singer allowed ten home runs to lefties. Alvarez was cold last night, but he is on an absolute tear, and we expect that to continue against Singer. Last season, Singer allowed some of the most contact in the MLB, and he was very easy to hit. We expect his resurgence this season to slow down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
