Nick Borrman<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nI was on Cole last week at 20-1 and now we can get him at 40-1 just one week later. He didn\u2019t have his best week, but this looks like way too much of an overcorrection. Here\u2019s my copy and paste notes from last week:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Cole is the likely the 2022-23 PGA Tour rookie of the year and although he has yet to taste victory, it\u2019s only a matter of time before he does. Cole made ten straight cuts to finish the season making it all the way to the BMW Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Cole has been great with his irons and putting. Since the Houston Open last November, Cole has lost strokes on Approach just three times in 29 starts with his worst performance losing just -0.26 strokes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
He also gained strokes in each of his last ten starts, while ranking 12th in SG Putting on the season and 3rd in putting average per green in regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

The \u2018Postman\u2019 had a solid season last year, though void of a win, he had 13 Top-25 finishes including ending the season with six Top-25s in his final seven starts, making it all the way to the BMW Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
He gained strokes on approach in his finals six starts to the tune of a +1.04 average per round. He was also fantastic with the short stick, which is normally the case, gaining an average of +1.04 SG Putting over his last seven starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Poston is a regular in this event and although he has missed four cuts in seven starts here, he is a much more consistent player now than in year\u2019s past, though he does have a T4 finish and a T20 last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
He is one of the stronger players in this field, but he hasn\u2019t teed it up since the BMW Championship in August, so he may be just a bit rusty and I\u2019ll avoid him on the Outright market but think he can appear on the first or second page of the leaderboard come Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
