<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pass defense percentage was decent.&nbsp; The new coordinator was hired very late and has to find his footing in Fall camp and probably in games 1-6 before the bye week.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Improvement from 16 defensive sacks must be charted.&nbsp; A new PK is in, and he has to fill behind someone who went 17-21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tulsa 2023 Predictions, Tulsa Schedule:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tulsa scored late and beat visiting NIU 38-35 a year ago.&nbsp; The rematch is at their place.&nbsp; They\u2019ve beaten Temple the past two seasons but I believe the gap has closed.&nbsp; Win both of these games and they will be 3-3 at the break, but 2-4 is much more likely.&nbsp;
