The pass D% was higher than expected at 64.5%, and the run defense was too high at 4.65 per carry. Most teams exceeded their yearly per carry average when running vs. Oregon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oregon lost players at each level of defense<\/strong>, including a 1st rounder in the secondary, but two solid transfers were brought in, plus this experienced unit has one year under the new staff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pac 12 is full of highly accurate QB\u2019s for \u201923, so I\u2019m using 61.5% this year, along with a 4.15 per carry allowed projection. Once a sore spot, the overall kicking game has improved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a top tier coordinator, we may see additional improvement. Oregon recruited very well this offseason.
