Despite that, they are second in run differential due to their 464 runs allowed (8th in AL).<\/p>\n They definitely went out and addressed those concerns \u2026 adding starters Max Scherzer and Jordan Montgomery, as well as Aroldis Chapman out of the bullpen.<\/p>\n The regular season winner of the AL West is my best to win the AL, and I think Texas has the better route to get there.
