Baltimore Orioles at Tampa Bay Prediction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ORIOLES (+155) at RAYS (-185), 6:40 p.m. ET, Total: 8.5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After their amazing start, the Rays have been atop the AL East standings since the jump and still lead the American League in wins with 60. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the Orioles have caught them in the standings thanks to an 8-2 run over their last 10 games thanks to two fewer losses and are in first for the first time since 2016. The teams meet in MLB\u2019s worst ballpark, Tropicana Field, for an immense summit meeting since both teams lead a division where everyone is above .500. Tyler Glasnow <\/strong>(3-3, 3.78 ERA) has absolutely filthy stuff, but it\u2019s hard to play the Rays as this heavy a favorite, even though first-five run line is worth exploring. Current Orioles are 12-for-44 against Glasnow, with ex-Yankee Aaron Hicks <\/strong>having done the most damage(4-for-10, 1 HR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Orioles counter with Kyle Gibson <\/strong>(9-6,4.77),has been shredded in four of his last five starts, surrendering four or more runs in those outings. He pitched against Tampa Bay when these teams met back in early May and allowed only two runs in six innings. Issac Paredes <\/strong>(3-for-3) and All-Stars Yandy Diaz <\/strong>(4-for-9) and Randy Arozarena <\/strong>(3-for-7) have fared well against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE PLAY \u2013 Orioles at Rays F5 play: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is far too juicy to play straight up, but we\u2019ll take the bullpens out of the equation and will look for Tampa Bay to jump on Gibson early. Lay the half-run <\/strong>in the first five innings here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

St Louis Cardinals at Chicago Cubs Prediction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CARDINALS (+110) at CUBS (-130), 8:05 p.m. ET, Total: 8.5<\/strong>
Marcus Stroman <\/strong>(10-6,2.880 hasn\u2019t lived up to the ace\u2019s role over the last few weeks, but does deliver as far as how he\u2019s been able to handle business over the last few months.
The Cards will counter with Steven Matz <\/strong>(0-7,4.4.86), who has struggled for a long time to find his form and isn\u2019t the guy we thought he was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Houston Astros at Oakland Athletics Prediction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ASTROS (-190) at A\u2019S (+160), 9:40 p.m. ET, Total: 8.5<\/strong>
The A\u2019s will look to Hogan Harris <\/strong>(2-3, 6.51) to try and secure a rare three-game win streak, <\/strong>and their youth movement has paid off since a number of their key prospects have come up from the minors and produced immediately. J.P. France <\/strong>(2-5, 5.50) will be the Astros starter and hasn\u2019t allowed more than three earned runs in any of his last seven starts; He\u2019s struggled in terms of getting deep into games but has shown he has the stuff to baffle hitters the first two times through the lineup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
