Home Run Prop Prediction 1: Ryan Mountcastle (+520)<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Ryan Mountcastle has dealt with a bout of vertigo over the past month but should be now back in the everyday lineup going against lefty Braxton Garrett and the Marlins tonight.<\/p>\n

Mountcastle has scorched lefties this season belting seven of his 11 total home runs in 75 at-bats compared to his other four coming in 169 at-bats vs righties. He hits .320 with a .680 slugging percentage against lefties compared to just .189 and .228 slugging percentage against righties.<\/p>\n

Garrett has been solid on the road this season but he has given up a home run in three straight starts. Garrett allows righties to bat .259 against him to go along with a .434 slugging percentage.<\/p>\n

Like we stated, Mountcastle is still working his way back to an everyday role but a home run tonight would be great for his progress.<\/p>\n

Take him to hit a home run in a favorable matchup tonight at +520 with other Orioles to consider include Anthony Santander (+430)<\/strong> and Austin Hays (+540)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 2: William Contreras (+450)<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Brewers have already faced Reds lefty Andrew Abbott twice this season and will go up against him again today with William Contreras going 2-5 with a double already, but we\u2019re looking for him to do more damage than that today.<\/p>\n

The Brewers catchers has hit five of his nine home runs off lefties in 98 less at-bats than righties faced on the season. He hits .301 with a .578 slugging percentage against lefties compared to a .249 average and .365 slugging percentage against righties.<\/p>\n

Abbott is coming off his worst start of the season just before the break against this Brewers team as he went 4.1 innings while allowing six earned runs including two home runs. Contreras is batting .412 this month with one home run as he looks to match his four home run total that he put up in July 2022.<\/p>\n

Contreras has already hit a home run at the Great American Ballpark once this season so let\u2019s take him to do it again today at +450 with other Brewers to consider for a home run are Joey Wiemer (+440)<\/strong> and Willy Adames (+340)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
