The Prop Hub<\/a> provides their daily home run prop picks and predictions for Friday, July 7 with odds provided by <\/span>FanDuel<\/a>. <\/span>We cashed Max Muncy at +370 to hit a home run<\/strong> last night<\/strong> against the Pirates so let’s make it two straight home run winners tonight in the MLB!<\/span>\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 1: Ozzie Albies (+470)<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

All six home runs given up by Tyler Glasnow have come against left-handed hitting as they host National League powerhouse Braves in the last series before the All-Star Break.<\/p>\n

Glasnow\u2019s vulnerability against lefties sets up nicely for the hot, switch-hitting Ozzie Albies to hit a home run tonight. He\u2019s already hit four this month en route to 22 overall on the season so far which is only eight off of his career high set in 2021.<\/p>\n

He only hits .224 against righties but 17 of his 22 home runs have come off of them as well. He has hit 12 of 22 on the road and bats .299 to go along with a .599 slugging percentage.<\/p>\n

Glasnow sports a 5.03 ERA at home while allowing four of his six home runs in 19.2 innings pitched. To further point out Glasnow\u2019s struggles against left-handed hitting, he\u2019s allowed a .293 batting average, .653 slugging percentage and 1.022 OPS against them this season as well.<\/p>\n

Take Albies to hit a home run tonight at +470 with other lefties to consider in the Braves lineup for a home run include Matt Olson (+320)<\/strong> and Eddie Rosario (+630)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 2: Mookie Betts (+320)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Angels starting pitcher Griffin Canning allowed five home runs over five June starts as he\u2019ll make the start tonight taking on cross-town rival Dodgers.<\/p>\n

Canning doesn\u2019t have much experience against Dodgers batters but metrics set up nicely for Mookie Betts to hit a home run tonight in LA. Betts will be participating in this year\u2019s Home Run Derby and has hit 15 of his 23 home runs off right handed pitching this season.<\/p>\n

He bats .302 at home with a .604 slugging percentage which is 6th among all MLB batters when playing at home.<\/p>\n

Most damage done against Canning this season have come from right-handed batting allowing eight of his 12 total home runs while allowing a .455 slugging percentage compared to just a .357 slugging percentage allowed to lefties.<\/p>\n

Canning\u2019s ERA is better on the road but he\u2019s given up seven of 12 home runs on the road and has also allowed a higher batting average to batters on the road (.240) than at home (.218).<\/p>\n

Take Betts to hit a home run tonight at +320 with other Dodgers who could hit a home run tonight include Will Smith (+400)<\/strong> and J.D. Martinez (+370)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
