Pitcher Prop Prediction 1: Kutter Crawford Under 15.5 (-150)<\/h2>\n

Boston Red Sox starter Kutter Crawford has been serviceable this season with a 3-4 record, 3.92 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 55 strikeouts across 57.1 innings of work.<\/p>\n

He has ramped up his workload recently but has failed to pitch past the 5th inning in 13 of his 16 starts on the season. In the other three outings he recorded only 19, 18 & 17 outs. Enter the Texas Rangers potent lineup that leads the major leagues with 5.96 runs per game.<\/p>\n

The Rangers crush right-handed pitching, ranking 4th in wOBA (.349) and 3rd in wRC+ (124), OPS (.809) & ISO (.194).<\/p>\n

The Red Sox bullpen should be fresh after only needing to utilize two arms yesterday behind a dominant seven inning performance by Brayan Bello.<\/p>\n

Texas Rangers starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi has been electric during his 2023 campaign with a 10-3 record, 2.64 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 106 strikeouts across 112.1 innings of work.<\/p>\n

He has pitched 6+ innings in 12 of his last 14 outings and 12 of his 17 starts on the season. Even in the five games he fell short, Eovaldi recorded 15, 15, 15, 17 & 17 pitching outs.<\/p>\n

The Boston Red Sox lineup is middle of the pack across the board offensively against right-handed pitching. Eovaldi has yet to face Boston this season and current Red Sox are only 2-11 against him for a .182 short-term batting average.<\/p>\n
