Elder himself hasn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in 11 straight starts! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Twins have played to a NRFI in 11 of their past 13 games with Ryan not allowing a first inning run in eight straight starts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Braves have actually been one of the best first inning run scoring teams on the season so looks like we\u2019re seeing some regression to the means with the Twins in the bottom half of the MLB in first inning run scoring. Play on a <strong>Twins vs Braves NRFI tonight at -115<\/strong> and first pitch scheduled for 7:20pm ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NRFI Prediction 1: White Sox vs Angels (-122)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It looks like Michael Kopech is rounding into form for the White Sox allowing 17 earned runs in May and June combined after allowing 20 in April alone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They and the Angels play again tonight after the two played to a 2-1 walkoff wild pitch win by LA last night. Shohei Ohtani takes the mound for Los Angeles not allowing a first inning run in five of his last eight starts but does sport a 2.47 home ERA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The White Sox do sport a bottom 10 team batting average as Kopech hasn\u2019t pitched more than 4.1 innings in each of his last two starts but hasn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in seven of his last eight starts overall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The White Sox are the third worst first inning scoring team on the road this season with the Angels sitting bottom half of the MLB in first inning scoring at home.
