Enjoy Illinois 300 Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

NASCAR goes to Gateway for their second race at the 1.25 mile track where Joey Logano was victorious last year. Since we don\u2019t have much track history, I took this years average finishes at Richmond, Dover and Darlington\u2026three tracks less than 1.5 mile, but not as small as Martinsville.<\/p>\n

*Chase Elliott is #1, but will be suspended for Sunday<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n3. Alex Bowman 8.0 (only one race) <\/strong>
\n4. Kevin Harvick 8.7 <\/strong>
\n5. William Byron 9.7 <\/strong>
\n6. Ross Chastain 11.3 <\/strong>
\n7. Denny Hamlin 12.3 <\/strong>
\n8. Ty Gibbs 12.7 <\/strong>

Chevy has been the car winning races, but we might be seeing an adjustment. Only one Chevy finished in the Top 5 last week, and Chevy\u2019s have won one out of the last four races, and last year at this track the top seven was made up of only Ford\u2019s and Chevy\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Enjoy Illinois 300 Betting Notes<\/h3>\n

-I lost on Kevin Harvick Top 10 last week after he ran in the top 10 all race only to be bumped causing him to spin. He fights back in the last 50 laps to end up 11th giving me a brutal loss on the play. Doesn\u2019t change the fact his car was really good on the 1.5 mile track, and has been all season making for a nice comeback.<\/p>\n

-Blaney\u2019s average finish at the above three tracks isn\u2019t great due to a 26th place finish at Richmond. He was solid at Dover and Darlington<\/p>\n

-Including the All-Star Race, Bubba Wallace has four straight finishes inside the Top 5<\/p>\n

Kevin Harvick Top 10<\/strong><\/p>\n

Even though he spun, he fought back to finish 11th when he had a top 7 car all race, and I\u2019ll come back to him this week.<\/p>\n

He had a brake rotor failure late in the race last year at Gateway ruining his race, but he finished 2nd at Darlington and 5th at Richmond so I feel confident he\u2019ll be near the front most of the race.<\/p>\n
