NRFI Prediction 1: Rangers vs Tigers (-115)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve been riding hot selecting Tigers games to go to a NRFI so we\u2019re going back to the well as this is the first game to start today\u2019s slate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tigers have played to a NRFI in seven of their last eight games hosting the Rangers who have not scored in the first inning in five straight. The Rangers send Dane Dunning to the mound sporting a 4-0 record and 1.67 ERA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He hasn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in four of his past five starts going up against lefty Joey Wentz of Detroit. Wentz actually hasn\u2019t been great for Detroit recently allowing 11 earned runs in his last six innings pitched. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be the last game of a 9-game road trip for Texas though so they\u2019ll be itching to get out of Detroit after the early start. We\u2019re not expecting this Rangers team to get out of the gates early putting up runs so take a Rangers vs Tigers NRFI<\/strong> with first pitch at 1:10pm ET as odds currently sit at -115<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NRFI Prediction 1: Brewers vs Blue Jays (-108)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What in the world has happened to Alek Manoah? A season after pitching to a 16-7 record and 2.24 ERA allowing only 16 home runs, he currently sports a 1-5 record and 5.53 ERA in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have confidence he\u2019ll pick up where he left off last season and why not start tonight facing a Brewers team that has scored two runs or less in four of their last five games. On the offensive side the Blue Jays are fifth worst in the MLB in first inning run scoring at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milwaukee sends veteran Julio Teheran to the mound who was solid in his first start as a Brewer going five innings while allowing one run (not in the first inning). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, Teheran\u2019s last start was the last NRFI the Brewers were involved in so play on a NRFI in tonight\u2019s Brewers vs Blue Jays matchup at -108<\/strong> with first pitch at 7:07pm ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
