NRFI Prediction 1: Astros vs Giants (-108)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Giants starter tonight Ross Striping sports a ballooning 6.89 ERA this season but hasn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in all five of his starts this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He goes up against Houston\u2019s Luis Garcia who now rides a 13 inning scoreless streak against two formidable offenses in the Blue Jays and Rays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Astros as a team haven\u2019t allowed a run in the first inning in four of their last five games with the Giants coming off a rousing trip to Mexico City where 37 total runs were scored in the two-game set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before the trip to Mexico, the Giants hadn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in four of previous five matchups. NRFI odds<\/strong> for this Astros vs Giants matchup are listed at -108<\/strong> with first pitch set for 8:10pm ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NRFI Prediction 2: Dodgers vs Phillies (-106)<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tony Gonsolin was alright in his first start for the Dodgers this season allowing no runs in only 3.1 innings of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He should see a longer start tonight but nonetheless Gonsolin should still be firing out of the gates eager to get on the mound once again. He goes up against Taijuan Walker who hasn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in three of his last four starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dodgers as a team haven\u2019t allowed a first inning run in their last two games and the Phillies haven\u2019t allowed one in two of their last four games. The Phillies overall though have only allowed six total runs in their last four games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
