Geico 500 Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The excitement of restrictor plate racing returns to Talledega and Qualifying will be at 10:30 ET on Saturday so we should get to see which team\/manufacturers look good.<\/p>\n

From a better perspective, these races are really tough as you can be winning a bet all race and then your guy gets caught up in a 12 car pile up and your bet is toast, but it can work the other way around. Let\u2019s take a look at the top 5 points leaders:<\/p>\n

Will Geico 500 Be Follow The Leader?<\/h3>\n

Logano and Blaney have looked great at the other restrictor plate tracks (Daytona and Atlanta) this year and I don\u2019t really see a reason why they wouldn\u2019t bee solid again if they avoid the big one.<\/p>\n

Christopher Bell is another driver with great finishes this year at those two tracks so if you\u2019re looking at who\u2019s good and lucky on these tracks this year, I would look to them.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking at who\u2019s snake bitten on these tracks this year, look no further than William Byron who has finished 34th and 32nd at these tracks this year.<\/p>\n

One thing that has been happening is that there are long stretches of green flag racing where they just follow the leader which doesn\u2019t make for a great race for a majority of the event, but it does set up well for the end of the race excitementThere were 8 cautions at Daytona and only 5 at Atlanta so maybe we can get a good price on the number of cautions under 8.5 or 9.5.<\/p>\n

Geico 500 Predictions<\/h2>\n

The glaring thing about these tracks is that Toyota has still not won in these cars at a restrictor plate race, it\u2019s been a Ford or Chevy in 2022 and 2023 winning.<\/p>\n

Chevy is +125 and Ford is +140 to win, so I would recommend betting a little bit on both and bringing in a bit of profit if Toyota doesn\u2019t win again.<\/p>\n

At Daytona this year, only one Toyota finished in the top 10, and at Atlanta only four Toyotas finished in the top 18.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Chevrolet (+125) or Ford (+140) Wins Geico 500<\/strong><\/p>\n
