Betting Preview for Serie A Matches on Sunday<\/h2>\n

\"Monza<\/p>\n

Fiorentina have been a \u2018buy\u2019 team for over two months now as they are unbeaten in their last 14 matches in all competitions and are on the verge of reaching the Europa Conference League semifinals as they have a 4-1 lead over Lech Poznan going into Leg 2 on Thursday.<\/p>\n

I have backed them several times along the way including just last week in their 1-1 home draw vs Atalanta.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m still scratching my head as to how they didn\u2019t walk away with the win as xG showed a tally of 2.07 \u2013 0.72 with 18 shots and 7 on target compared to just six shots and one on target for Atalanta. Luckily, we paid the premium to take the Draw No Bet option.<\/p>\n

I also backed Monza who won 1-0 at Inter Milan which was simply a fade of Inter with that match sandwiched in between two Champions League games.<\/p>\n

Monza had been playing solid football and had just one loss in their last six matches. Monza rank 7th in the table with 7.65 xP over their last five matches, just ahead of Fiorentina with 7.23.<\/p>\n

This is also a tough spot for Fiorentina. The Viola have their Europa Conference League quarterfinal match, this Serie A game, and then Leg 2 of the Coppa Italia semifinals vs Cremonese all in a span of seven days. They have a legit chance at two trophies so nobody would blame them if they weren\u2019t 100% focused on Monza.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Monza +0.5 -125<\/strong><\/p>\n

Udinese vs Cremonese | Sunday 4\/23 | 9:00am ET<\/h2>\n

Udinese -150 | Draw +270 | Cremonese +370

Cremonese has won back-to-back matches for the first time this season as they try to drag themselves out of the relegation zone but currently still sit seven points back of Spezia for safety.<\/p>\n

The problem is they have allowed the most goals this season, 54 through 30 matches, so they remain hard to trust.<\/p>\n

The good news is they travel to Udinese who are priced as decent favorites here, and rightfully so, but with their mid-table position all but assured at this point, I\u2019m not sure how much fight they will have in them.<\/p>\n

While I\u2019m sure they will do their best to win this match, it wouldn\u2019t be surprising to see them take a few more chances and lack their best effort defensively.<\/p>\n

Cremonese obviously need something out of this match for their survival, but they have a Coppa Italia match against Fiorentina just four days later as they try to overturn their two-goal deficit in Leg 2.<\/p>\n

They have already made it further than anyone would have guessed, but can you imagine the story if they pull of the comeback and reach the Final?!<\/p>\n

These are all just pieces to the puzzle suggesting we might see goals here with two teams not fully locked into this match. Even with Cremonese\u2019s fight for survival, their 1.89 xGA per 90 minutes, 2nd most in the league, suggests they won\u2019t be holding Udinese here.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Udinese, after three straight clean sheets at home to begin the season, they have both scored and conceded in 12 straight home matches with nine of those finishing Over the total. They have also conceded seven goals in their last three matches overall.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Over 2.5 Goals -115<\/strong><\/p>\n

Juventus vs Napoli | Sunday 4\/23 | 2:45pm ET<\/h2>\n

Obviously, the feature match of the weekend as the Azzurri travel to Turin to face the Old Lady. You have to wonder how Napoli will look in this match after suffering the disappointment of losing to AC Milan in the quarterfinals of the Champions League on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Also, with a 14-point cushion atop the table with just eight matches remaining, I imagine we may see a \u2018looser\u2019 version of Napoli on the pitch as they look to soak it in and enjoy the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

Juventus grabbed a 1-0 win over Sporting in the Europa League last Thursday and will play Leg 2 this Thursday. If the appeal to get their 15 point-penalty does not go in their favor, the Europa League will be Juventus\u2019 best chance to earn Champions League football next season as they sit nine points back of AC Milan to earn a Top-4 spot.<\/p>\n

I would normally look to the Under first in this match, but with the situation what it is, I feel like we may see a more open match as both teams likely take a few more chances for opposite reasons.<\/p>\n

Oddly, and I was surprised by this, seven of the last nine Serie A meetings between these clubs have finished Over the total including Napoli’s lopsided 5-1 reverse fixture win back in January.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Both Teams to Score -120<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
