Today’s MLB Home Run Prop Bets For April 7<\/h2>\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 1: Christian Yelich (+520)<\/h2>\n

Cardinals starter Jack Flaherty had seven walks during his first start so he has to be more dialed in tonight throwing more strikes.<\/p>\n

Christian Yelich has had some success against Flaherty in his career going 9-29 with two home runs. Let\u2019s be honest, Yelich isn\u2019t the hitter he once was, but he did have three home runs and 12 RBIs last April.<\/p>\n

Last season he hit nine of his 14 home runs at home as well. Over Flaherty\u2019s career he\u2019s allowed a home run every 7-8 innings so he\u2019s due to allow at least one in tonight\u2019s game against the Brewers.<\/p>\n

Get Yelich to hit a home run at +520 with other Brewers hitters to consider include William Contreras (+430)<\/strong> and Rowdy Tellez (+320)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 2: Mike Trout (+240)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Mike Trout has a hit in five straight and tonight he and the Angels get Chris Bassitt taking the mound for Toronto who had less than a stellar first start of the season.<\/p>\n

He was rocked for nine earned runs including four home runs in 3.2 innings pitched. Trout has solid splits against Bassitt going 7-17 in his career against him with one home run.<\/p>\n

Last season Trout was a .330 hitter at home compared to .243 on the road and was also a better hitter in night games.<\/p>\n

Trout had five home runs last April and another home run tonight would help him keep that pace this April. Get Trout at +240 with other Angel hitters to consider include Taylor Ward (+420)<\/strong> and Shohei Ohtani (+280)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
