Udinese vs Monza Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

This will be the third match between these teams this season. Udinese won the reverse fixture 2-1 back in August, but Monza got their revenge knocking out Udinese in the Coppa Italia. However, I like Udinese to make the Serie A sweep.<\/p>\n

Udinese are coming off an ugly 0-3 loss at Bologna last weekend, but this seems like a good bounce back spot for them.<\/p>\n

They were missing three key players for that match all due to yellow card accumulation in Perez, Becao and Walace. Perez and Walace will return for this game, but Becao will remain suspended one a two-game suspension as he has already earned 10 yellows this season.<\/p>\n

Home Sweet Home for Udinese<\/h3>\n

Even Still, Bologna scored three goals on less shots and less xG than Udinese so you could argue it was an undeserving result.<\/p>\n

At home though, Udinese have performed very well averaging 1.66 xG on 16.1 shots per match which ranks 5th in Serie A.<\/p>\n

Defensively though they have been even stronger in terms of shots as they lead the league allowing just 2.8 shots on target. With Perez and Walace back in the lineup, I\u2019m confident it will be another low number against Monza, who do not create many chances.<\/p>\n

The concern I would have here is that Udinese has allowed at least one goal in ten straight home games which is crazy considering six of their opponents generated two or fewer or shots on target.<\/p>\n
