The Bucks also played last night as they won a 133-124 shootout in Sacramento against the Kings.<\/p>\n This will be the second and final game in a regular season series that Milwaukee leads 1-0 after beating Phoenix 104-101 on February 26th. Tip-off is scheduled for 10:00 PM EST\/7:00 PST as the nightcap of an NBATV Tuesday night doubleheader.<\/p>\n The Phoenix Suns slipped to 37-31 on the season after losing their second straight game 123-112 to the Phoenix Suns.<\/p>\n Long distance shooting proved to be the difference as the Warriors shot 19-39 for 49% from beyond the arc while the Suns shot a horrendous 4-21 for only 19%. Devin Booker led his team in scoring with 32 points on an efficient 12-20 from the field.<\/p>\n DeAndre Ayton and Chris Paul both recorded double-doubles as Ayton had 27 points and 12 rebounds while Chris Paul had 11 points and 11 assists.<\/p>\n The Suns currently occupy the 4th seed in the Western Conference, 9 games behind the first place Nuggets but 2.5 games from slipping into the play-in tournament. They rank only 19th in scoring with 113.4 points a game on 46.8% from the field.<\/p>\n Defense has been their strength as they rank 3rd in defensive rating 6th in defensive scoring with only 111.3 points allowed per game. Kevin Durant remains out with an ankle injury and will be reevaluated in three weeks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The Milwaukee Bucks upped their NBA best record to 49-19 after beating Sacramento on Monday. Milwaukee outshot the Kings by a wide margin as they shot 50-86 for 58% compared to 46-104 for 44%.<\/p>\n Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers with a 46 point, 12 rebound double-double. Khris Middleton added 31 points and 9 assists while Brook Lopez chipped in with 23 points and 8 rebounds.<\/p>\n The Bucks have a 2.5 game lead over the Boston Celtics for the top seed in the Eastern Conference. They rank 9th in scoring with 116 points a game on 46.8% shooting.<\/p>\n Defense has been the Milwaukee calling card as they rank 2nd in defensive rating and 6th in defensive scoring with only 112 points allowed per game. Khris Middleton and Joe Ingles are both listed as probable due to various injuries.<\/p>\n This game is a virtual pick’em as the Milwaukee Bucks are 1.5 point road favorites with a total set at 232.5.<\/p>\n This is a battle between two contenders that could easily meet in the NBA Finals if they get healthy. These one is tough to handicap as both teams tend to sit players on back-to-backs.<\/p>\n Regardless these are two of the top five defenses in the league. The Suns offense is limited without Durant and they have only shot 47% on the season. They have been strong from three-point land but Milwaukee ranks 3rd in the league at defending the three ball.<\/p>\n Both teams over\/under splits favor the under and they only combined for only 205 points when they met back in February.<\/p>\n Now they will be less likely to push the pace as both are playing back-to-backs and we could also see players sit.
