Washington Wizards vs Atlanta Hawks Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

These teams have played twice recently and they\u2019ve split results, and the odd thing is that the game the Wizards won, they were playing without Porzingis.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, they played to a 122-120 finish and last week, they played to a 119-116 finish so these games have been close and high scoring. I expect more of the same tonight, and based on the lines the books have out, they expect similar results.<\/p>\n

Atlanta Hawks Are Who We Thought They Were<\/h3>\n

As someone that has a ticket on them to make the play-in games, I\u2019m not surprised with their year so far.<\/p>\n

They have limited upside, Trae is a frustrating player to play with, Dejounte Murray has been good, and actually their starting five lineup is really good on the +\/-, but they don\u2019t have depth, and that leads to them struggling to beat teams like Washington.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re 4-6 ATS their last 10 games, 5-5 their last 10 road games, and 4-6 O\/U their last 10 games so nothing really sticks out ATS or total wise for this team as they aren\u2019t on any noticeable streaks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Wizards Hanging On To #10<\/h3>\n

Right now the Wizards are in the 10 spot in the East as they try to hold off the Bulls, and they\u2019ve lost three out of four with their only win being against Detroit.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Beal, Porzingis and Kuzma combined for 92 of their 120 points, and it wasn\u2019t enough to get the win.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll have the same lineup tonight, and they\u2019re 4-1 ATS the last 5 games, but with this spread being close to pick-em it\u2019s worth noting they are only 3-5 straight up.<\/p>\n

Washington Wizards vs Atlanta Hawks Expert Player Prop Prediction<\/span><\/h2>\n

I don\u2019t find value in the total or spread, but I do like a prop in this game, and that\u2019s to ride the hot hand of Trae Young.<\/p>\n

Young\u2019s points total is 25.5, and he\u2019s had 28 and 31 the last two games against Washington. This game has a high point total, and both games between these two teams have been really close so I don\u2019t see a blowout coming.<\/p>\n

Washington gives up 24.5 points a game to point guards this season, and I expect Trae to eclipse that total tonight in a close game.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Trae Young Over 25.5 points<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
