New Orleans Pelicans vs Dallas Mavericks Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

We finally have the lineups for the Mavericks and Pelicans tonight, and it appears that Luka and Kyrie will be playing, and Richardson will be active for the Pelicans.<\/p>\n

The Mavericks are on a back to back after beating Utah by four last night and the Pelicans will be rested after losing to Sacramento on Monday.<\/p>\n

Pelicans Can\u2019t Score<\/h3>\n

The story for New Orleans is their lack of offense right now. They have one game scoring over 110 in their last eight games, and only putting up 108 at Sacramento is pretty bad considering the lack of defense Sacramento plays.<\/p>\n

Richardson is back in the lineup which doesn\u2019t sound like a big deal, but if you\u2019re a prop player take a look at Trey Murphy Under his PRA.<\/p>\n

With Richardson out, Murphy gets a big increase in minutes and points, but now looks to be back on the bench in his limited role.<\/p>\n

The Pelicans are only 3-7 ATS their last 10, and even though they wrapped up a road trip and are back home, they are only 2-7-1 ATS their last 10 home games.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mavericks Two-Man Show<\/h3>\n

There are teams that rely heavily on their top two players all across the league, but this team is on a whole new level.<\/p>\n

Last night Kyrie went for 33, Luka went for 29, and the three other starters went for 11 points. Hardaway had a big night off the bench, but it looks like if one of those guys has an off night, they\u2019re in trouble.<\/p>\n

Their defense continues to be bad, but the books might be inflating their totals in the game. Dallas and Utah put up 236, and the under still hit because the books had set the number at 237 and the public bet it up.<\/p>\n

We have an over team vs an under team as New Orleans is 2-8 O\/U and Dallas is 7-3 O\/U so I can\u2019t play an over or under here. Even though they\u2019re on a back to back, and they struggle on defense I\u2019ll take Dallas to win this game.<\/p>\n

New Orleans has the look and feel of a team who is just done with this season as they are 5-17 their last 22 games and 1-6 their last 7 and they are 1 game away from falling out of the play Dallas is in a logjam with three other teams at 34 wins, and they can hold on to their playoff spot or fall into the play-in games depending on their success moving forward.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll always take the team with more motivation this late in the season, I\u2019ll take Dallas to win outright.<\/p>\n
