Dallas Mavericks vs Utah Jazz Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

I\u2019m on a 17-7 run in the NBA on Wagertalk.com right now, and have two Best Bets up right now here:\u00a0http:\/\/wt.buzz\/al<\/a><\/p>\n

The pressure is on Luka and Kyrie to figure out how to turn their stats into team wins as they don\u2019t have a winning record since the Kyrie trade.<\/p>\n

They have been putting up a lot of points, but unfortunately, they are giving up more points than they are scoring.<\/p>\n

The Jazz are running out of steam as this season starts to wrap up, and they\u2019ve lost three in a row to San Antonio and OKC.<\/p>\n

They are also in the middle of a road trip that will keep them away from home for 10 days so I feel like motivation is pretty low for Utah right now.<\/p>\n

No D in Dallas<\/h3>\n

Their last game against Phoenix sums up this Dallas team pretty well. Kyrie and Luka go crazy on the stat sheet, the Mavericks score 126 points, but they can\u2019t slow the other teams best players down and they give up 130.<\/p>\n

These are the games that Dallas has to win as they have some really tough games coming up like Memphis three times, Philly, Miami, Atlanta and Sacramento.<\/p>\n

Dallas is 4-6 ATS their last 10, and 7-3 to the over in those same 10 games, and Utah\u2019s lack of defense should let Luka and Kyrie have another big game, but I just can\u2019t lay nine points with a team that plays such bad defense.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

No D in Utah<\/h3>\n

Utah\u2019s defense the last two games, both on the road, was embarrassing as they gave up 129 and 130 to OKC.<\/p>\n

They haven\u2019t held a team under 114 points on the road in 2023, and I don\u2019t see them doing it tonight, but can they score enough points to cover the spread or get an over?<\/p>\n

Well, they are 8-2 to the over on their last 10 road games, and 21-11 for the season. All signs point to a lot of points tonight so I won\u2019t overthink this game tonight and how to bet it.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a high number, but I\u2019ll take the over. Utah stops nobody on the road, and Dallas stops nobody on the road or at home.<\/p>\n

The Mavericks are 6-4 to the over their last 10 games, and they are 7-3 over their team total the last 10 games. That combined with how bad Utah\u2019s defense on the road is makes this an easy over play for me.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re a prop bettor like I am, I would also take Kyrie Irving over 36.5 PRA. He\u2019s gone over in 7 out of 10 games with Dallas, and he\u2019s flown over his last two games getting 41 and 50 PRA.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Over 237.5<\/strong><\/p>\n
