Denver Nuggets vs Toronto Raptors Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Toronto Raptors make their annual trip to Denver for an interconference clash with the Nuggets on Monday night.<\/p>\n

The Nuggets won their third straight game 113-97 at home against the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night. The Raptors beat the Washington Wizards 116-109 in overtime on the road Friday night.<\/p>\n

This will be first of two head-to-head meetings between these teams as they will meet again in about a week north of the border in Toronto. Tip-off is scheduled for 9:00 PM EST\/6:00 PST from Ball Arena in Denver.<\/p>\n

Nuggets Rule The West<\/h3>\n

The Denver Nuggets upped their record to a Western Conference best 45-19 on the season after beating Memphis.<\/p>\n

The Nuggets have the best home team in the league hands down with an insane 29-4 record. They dominated the interior against Memphis with a 53-40 rebounding edge and 58-36 advantage in points in the paint.<\/p>\n

Michael Porter Jr led his team in scoring with 26 points on 8-14 from the field along with 8 rebounds. Nikola Jokic recorded an 18 point, 18 rebound, 10 assist triple-double while Jamal Murray added 22 points and 9 assists.<\/p>\n

Denver now has a 6.5 game lead over the 2nd place Grizzlies and 7.5 game lead over the 3rd place Kings. The Nuggets are the leagues 5th best scoring team with 117 points per game on an NBA best 50.9% shooting.<\/p>\n

They are also above average defensively at 12th in defensive rating and 10th in defensive scoring with 112.6 points allowed per game. Vlatko Cancar (wrist) and Thomas Bryant (hip) are both listed as questionable for this contest while Zeke Nnaji and Collin Gillespie have both been ruled out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Raptors Get Revenge Against Wizards<\/h3>\n

The Toronto Raptors are now one game below .500 at 32-33 after splitting two games in Washington against the Wizards.<\/p>\n

It took overtime and 19-4 advantage in fast break points to take down the Wizards on Saturday. Gary Trent Jr led all scorers with 26 points off the bench on 11 of 18 from the field. Fred VanVleet recorded a 25 point, 10 assist double-double while Pascal Siakam added 15 points and 7 assists.<\/p>\n

The Raptors currently occupy the 9th seed in the Eastern Conference, 4.5 games from climbing out of the play-in tournament but only 1.5 games missing it altogether.<\/p>\n

Toronto is well below average in scoring with only 112.6 points a game on 45% from the floor. The Raps are 15th ranked in defensive rating but 6th in defensive scoring with only 112 points allowed per game. Toronto is sporting a clean injury report, a breath of fresh air nowadays.<\/p>\n
