Miami Heat vs Atlanta Hawks Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat will meet in a critical divisional showdown for the second straight game on Monday night from Miami-Dade Arena.<\/p>\n

The Heat held on for a 117-109 victory on Saturday night. This will be the fourth and final game in a regular season series that Miami now leads 2-1. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM EST\/4:30 PST as the first half of an NBATV doubleheader.<\/p>\n

Road Woes Continue For Atlanta<\/h3>\n

The Atlanta Hawks slipped back to .500 at 32-32 after losing in South Beach on Saturday. That runs their road record to 14-19 compared to 18-13 in the ATL.<\/p>\n

Saddiq Bey led the Hawks in scoring against Miami with 22 points off the bench. Clint Capela recorded a 16 point, 13 rebound double-double while Trae Young struggled to score with only 8 points on a horrendous 2-13 from the field and 0-5 from three-point land.<\/p>\n

Atlanta currently occupies the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference, 1.5 games behind the 7th seeded Heat and four games from jumping out of the play-in tournament.<\/p>\n

Offense has been their calling card as they rank 7th in scoring with 117 points a game on 48% from the floor.<\/p>\n

Defense has been a different story as they sit at 21st in both defensive rating and scoring with 116.9 points allowed per game. The Hawks are sporting a clean injury report, a breath of fresh air nowadays.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Heat Hold Off Hawks<\/h3>\n

The Miami Heat improved to 34-31 on the season after beating the Hawks. Like Atlanta, Miami does their damage at home with a 20-12 record compared to a 14-19 road record.<\/p>\n

Bam Adebayo led all scorers on Saturday night with a dominating 30 point, 11 rebound double-double along with 5 assists. Jimmy Butler also had a double-double with 15 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists while Tyler Herro added 20 points.<\/p>\n

Miami sits at 7th place in the Eastern Conference, 2.5 games behind the 6th seeded Brooklyn Nets. The Heat rank dead last in scoring with only 108 points a game on 45% shooting.<\/p>\n

No surprise, defense has been their strength as they sit at 5th in defensive rating and 2nd in defensive scoring with only 108.8 points allowed per game. Kevin Love is probable for Monday night with a knee injury while Kyle Lowry has already been ruled out.<\/p>\n
