Philadelphia Flyers vs New York Rangers Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The New York Rangers finally snapped a four-game losing streak on Sunday with a dominant 5-2 victory over the Los Angeles Kings.<\/p>\n

However, they’ll go back on the road here on Wednesday after dropping each of their last three road games.<\/p>\n

They’ll face a team in the Philadelphia Flyers who are in some really poor form right now, losing seven of their last eight games overall, and got blasted by the New Jersey Devils 7-0 on the road over the weekend as well.<\/p>\n

This will be the third and final meeting between the two sides this season after the Rangers won both of their previous two matchups, and have also won six of their last seven against the Flyers across previous seasons as well.<\/p>\n

Rangers Play The Bully Role Well<\/h3>\n

While they may have struggled across recent starts, generally speaking, the New York Rangers have tended to play the bully role well in games, winning 57 of their last 84 matchups (67.9%), when playing teams with a losing record.<\/p>\n

Prior to their recent losing streak also, the Rangers scored 23 goals in their previous four games, so they will no doubt be confident of another road bounceback in this one.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia Playing With Fire<\/h3>\n

Carter Hart\u2019s been in some reasonably solid form in nets this season for the Flyers, but that hasn\u2019t been enough to save Philadelphia over the month of February as the Flyers’ poor defensive data has started to catch up with them.<\/p>\n

The Flyers rank 29th in the league on opponent high-danger shots allowed inside the slot area this season, and that\u2019s been a recipe for disaster for them over recent starts, with Philadelphia allowing an average of 5.6 goals per game across their last five defeats.<\/p>\n

The Philadelphia Flyers are really struggling for form right now, and with a massive injury list to contend with as well, it\u2019s difficult to see them coming out with the win in this game.<\/p>\n

The New York Rangers have shown the ability to catch fire quick this season, and with their recent bounceback win over the Los Angeles Kings on the weekend, as well as ranking top ten in the league in high-danger conversion percentage this season, we expect another victory for the Rangers in this one also.<\/p>\n
