Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Battle of Florida takes place on Tuesday night as the Florida Panthers travel over to the Amalie Arena in Tampa to take on the Tampa Bay Lightning.<\/p>\n

Both teams enter into this one in some patchy form overall, winning just two of their last five games respectively, however, Tampa Bay\u2019s home form this year has been strong, registering a 22-4-3 mark on the season so far.<\/p>\n

This will be the fourth and final meeting between the two teams this season after Tampa Bay won both of the opening two matchups, with Florida then roaring back in game three with a 7-1 destruction down in Sunrise earlier this month.<\/p>\n

However, that victory was Florida\u2019s only one across their last eight attempts, and they’ve gone just 19-39-2 in this venue against Tampa Bay across recent seasons as well.<\/p>\n

Florida Struggling Without Starters<\/h3>\n

With a raft of injuries to deal with and time running out on the season, the Florida Panthers are really in a desperate battle to make the playoffs this season.<\/p>\n

Spence Knight, Aleksander Barkov, and Sam Bennett all remain sidelined for the Panthers ahead of Tuesday\u2019s clash, and despite putting up a mammoth 54 shots against the Buffalo Sabres on Friday, Florida showed they need that quality back in their starting lineup sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n

Lightning Red-Hot In Amalie<\/h3>\n

Despite some recent patchy form overall, the Tampa Bay Lightning continue to be red-hot offensively inside Amalie Arena, averaging 5.30 goals per game across their last three home starts.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s been a general theme on the season also, with Tampa Bay ranking 4th on total scoring offense this year averaging 3.56 goals per game, 2nd on power play offense, and 4th on offensive xG also.<\/p>\n

Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers Expert Prediction<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s hard to look past a Tampa Bay victory at home in this one given all of Florida\u2019s recent struggles.<\/p>\n

With all of their lineup absences, the data is really starting to lay heavy on this Panthers team right now, with Florida ranking 23rd in defensive xGA this year and 25th on opponent high-danger shots allowed as well.<\/p>\n

Sergei Bobrovsky has simply been overwhelmed across recent starts as a result, especially with Spencer Knight\u2019s continued absence, and it’ll be interesting to see if Alex Lyon can make up the shortfall.<\/p>\n

At the other end of the ice Florida haven’t fared much better, ranking 25th and 22nd respectively this season on shot conversion rate and high-danger conversion rate also, and simply aren\u2019t getting it done at either end of the ice right now.<\/p>\n

Take the Tampa Bay Lightning to win outright at home against the Florida Panthers on Tuesday and continue that strong head-to-head form.<\/p>\n
