I\u2019m wondering if his being out of shape is having a much bigger affect than most would think on this team. The Lakers have won three out of four with the loss being against Memphis, a team nobody wants to play right now.<\/p>\n The Lakers have their issues with Westbrook as they have been well documented everywhere, and they are very dependent on Lebron as evident by him leading them in points, rebounds and assists last game. Davis has been hit or miss this year, and is one of the worst shooters from mid-range and out and is constantly battling injuries.<\/p>\n The contributions from the role players are spotty at best as Carmelo and Horton-Tucker can have their moments, but the rest of the team cannot be depended on. In each of the last three games for the Lakers, one of the teams in each game has scored 95 points or lower, so we’re looking at low scoring games. The lack of scoring for the Lakers may be troublesome for their fans, but I think this can make us some money tonight.<\/p>\n I am not ready to declare this a fact yet, but Dallas sure seems to not miss Luka when he\u2019s been out this season. When he\u2019s not there Porzingis miraculously picks up his production, and Luka’s lack of cardio seems to really hurt him as he struggles as the game progresses into later minutes.<\/p>\n Dallas is last in pace of play, and in their last three wins they\u2019ve held their opponents to 96 or fewer points. They\u2019re playing good defense, they have the lowest pace of play in the league, and they\u2019re playing a team who is the 10th lowest scoring team in the league the last 3 games\u2026see where we\u2019re going with this?<\/p>\n I\u2019m taking the under without question. Dallas is 5-0 to the under their last five games and the Lakers are 4-1 to the under their last five games.
