Salernitana vs Juventus Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

Juventus\u2019 season is effectively over after getting blasted with a 15-point penalty for false accounting last month as the Bianconeri look to salvage a season that has them firmly in the bottom half of the table heading into Tuesday’s clash against Salernitana.<\/p>\n

They face an ‘I Granata’ team in this one who know all too well about life in the bottom half of the table as Salernitana have been flirting with relegation for most of the season.<\/p>\n

They did secure a nice win against Lecce on the road last time out to alleviate some of that pressure.<\/p>\n

Juventus have won two of their last three meetings against Salernitana in the league, but Salernitana secured an excellent draw against Juventus in their last game in Turin back in September.<\/p>\n

In this game the \u2018Old Lady\u2019 were forced to rally back from a surprising 2-0 deficit in to finally snatch some late spoils in what was a fantastic game overall.<\/p>\n

Juventus Tempting a Spiral<\/h3>\n

A 1-0 win in the Coppa Italia against Lazio in midweek has somewhat halted an incredibly poor run of form for Juventus since they were hit with that penalty, and manager Massimiliano Allegri has said his side needs to remain focused if they\u2019re going to avoid getting sucked into a relegation battle this year.<\/p>\n

Especially concerning is a defense that has allowed 3.33 goals per game across their last three league starts compared with just 0.41 goals per game in their 17 games prior.<\/p>\n

Salernitana Durable at Home<\/h3>\n

A four-game winless run inside the Stadio Arechi probably isn\u2019t the best momentum to come in with when facing a giant like Juventus, but Salernitana have shown themselves to be durable at home this season.<\/p>\n

They’ve caused problems for both Napoli and AC Milan over recent games, and grinding out a solid result against Torino also.<\/p>\n

In fact, Salernitana\u2019s home form really hasn\u2019t been all that bad this season, ranking 11th in offensive scoring this year and having a 0.63 xGD per game improvement on their road form also, one of the biggest home\/road form splits in the league this season.<\/p>\n

Salernitana vs Juventus Prediction<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re happy to side with the home team Salernitana in this one as Juventus continue to look adrift since their massive financial dealings scandal.<\/p>\n

Juventus’ defense especially looks in complete shambles right now and Salernitana\u2019s offense is their greatest strength, so if the home side do get on the scoreboard here, Juventus backers have it all to do in order to get over the handicap in this one.<\/p>\n

Even aside from current form, the numbers firmly point in Salernitana\u2019s direction here, with a slim 0.26 xGD road\/home form gap in favor of Juventus for this game, but being nullified by a -1 handicap line that puts all the value on the Salernitana side of the play instead.<\/p>\n

Take Salernitana to cover at home on Tuesday against Juventus over in Italian Serie A.<\/p>\n
