Oklahoma City Thunder at Golden State Warriors Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Golden State Warriors host the Oklahoma City Thunder at Oracle Arena in Oakland on Monday night. The Thunder snapped a two game skid as they outscored the Houston Rockets 153-121 on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

The Warriors also ended a two game losing streak on Saturday with a 119-113 home victory over the Dallas Mavericks. This will be the second of four games in a regular season series that Golden State currently leads 1-0 after a 128-120 victory in Oklahoma City on January 30th.<\/p>\n

They will also lock horns on March 7th in OKC and April 4th at Golden State. Tip-off is scheduled for 10:00 PM EST\/7:00 PST from the Oracle.<\/p>\n

Warriors Without Top Scorer<\/h3>\n

The Golden State Warriors moved back over .500 at 27-26 with their victory over Dallas on Saturday. Points in the paint may have been the difference in a six point game as the Warriors won the battle 56-46.<\/p>\n

Steph Curry led the team in scoring with 21 points despite exiting the game in the 3rd quarter with a knee injury. Draymond Green had a great all around game with 17 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists while JaMychal Green chipped in with 14 points off the bench.<\/p>\n

Golden State currently occupies the 8th seed in the Western Conference, 9.5 games behind the first place Nuggets and only half game away from missing the play-in tournament.<\/p>\n

The Warriors have relied on an offense that ranks 2nd in scoring with 118 points a game on 47.5% from the field.<\/p>\n

They sit middle of the pack in defensive rating at 15th but bottom barrel in defensive scoring at 27th with 118.2 points allowed per game. The MRI taken of Curry’s left knee revealed partial tears in ligaments as well as a lower leg contusion, he will be out til after the All-Star break.<\/p>\n

Andre Iguodala is the only other Warrior mentioned on the injury report and has already been ruled out with a lingering hip issue.<\/p>\n

Thunders Top Defender On The Shelf<\/h3>\n

The Oklahoma City Thunder improved to 25-27 on the season after scoring 153 points and beating the Houston Rockets on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Thunder dominated almost every statistical category including a turnover differential of 16-9. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led all scorers with 42 points on 14-23 from the field and 14-15 from the charity stripe.<\/p>\n

Josh Giddey recorded a 17 point, 10 rebound double-double while Mike Muscala added 19 points and 6 rebounds. OKC currently occupies 12th place in the Western Conference, only one game away from a spot in the play-in tournament.<\/p>\n

The Thunder are also an offensive minded team that ranks 5th in scoring with 117.3 points per game on 46.9% shooting. They sit at 11th in defensive rating and 20th in defensive scoring with 115.9 points allowed per game.<\/p>\n

Lou Dort is hands down Oklahoma City’s best defender, he hasn’t appeared in a game since January 25th and remains out with a hamstring injury.<\/p>\n

Oklahoma City Thunder at Golden State Warriors Expert Player Prop Prediction<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Golden State Warriors enter this contest as 3.5 point home favorites with a total of 234. Both sides are hovering around .500 but entered the season with completely different expectations. The Warriors will have to once again adjust to life without Steph Curry.<\/p>\n

Draymond Green has been a steady cash on his rebounds + assists number that is set at 15.5 tonight. Greens role as a facilitator may have taken a hit but I don’t see the rebounds going anywhere.<\/p>\n

His rebounds line is set at 8.5 tonight and has cleared that mark in 6 of his last 7 games. Green has recorded 9+ rebounds in 6 of the 10 games Steph Curry has missed this season. Oklahoma City allows the 3rd most rebounds to his position with 11.53 per game.<\/p>\n

The Thunder allow the 3rd most rebounds per game in general and even if Looney returns to center, there will be plenty of boards to go around. Let’s back Green to get us some green with 9+ rebounds tonight.<\/p>\n
