Brighton vs Bournemouth Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

South coast club Brighton have barely missed a beat since Graham Potter\u2019s departure last September, losing just five of their thirteen games overall since Roberto De Zerbi took charge, and they\u2019ll no doubt look to add yet another win at home here on Saturday also.<\/p>\n

Their opponents, Bournemouth, currently sit in the relegation zone right now and manager Gary O\u2019Neil hasn\u2019t endured the greatest honeymoon period with his new team, losing four of their last five games overall, all of which came by multiple goals as well.<\/p>\n

Bournemouth have shown they have somewhat had Brighton\u2019s number over recent seasons, winning both their last encounter against them and losing just one of their last six visits to the Amex as well.<\/p>\n

Bournemouth Hoping New Faces Make Immediate Impact<\/h3>\n

Gary O\u2019Neil was busy in the transfer window, bringing in a host of new players in order to try and shore up a defense that ranks last in the league this season on total goals allowed.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for O\u2019Neil, that sub-par defense is compounded by an offense that has netted just one goal over their last 450 minutes of Premier League football.<\/p>\n

So a massive turnaround is needed at both ends of the pitch if Bournemouth are going to survive another season in the EPL.<\/p>\n

Brighton Remain Fluid In Attack<\/h3>\n

Only Manchester City and Arsenal have bagged more goals per game this season than Brighton have in what’s been a sensational season so far for the Seagulls, and they remain a major threat to secure European football this year as a result.<\/p>\n

On top of all that scoring prowess, Brighton boast a defense that ranks top six in the league this season in defensive xGA and top six in total goals allowed at home this year as well.<\/p>\n

Brighton vs Bournemouth Prediction<\/h2>\n

This is a high line currently set at -1.5 on Saturday, and one we don\u2019t normally associate with a team such as Brighton.<\/p>\n

That said, Brighton have been magnificent this season and there\u2019s no way we could trust a Bournemouth side in this one that seems either incapable of scoring goals or stopping them in front of nets this season, even getting a +1.5 goal handicap headstart.<\/p>\n

When we compare the data, Bournemouth\u2019s away form has been absolutely abysmal this season, ranking bottom of the league overall and even 0.35 xGD worse off per game than Everton have been on the road this season, and their struggles have been well-publicized with the recent sacking of Frank Lampard.<\/p>\n

Even at the high line, it\u2019s simply Brighton or pass in this one as the Seagulls should have far too much for the Cherries on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Brighton -1.5 (+100)<\/strong><\/p>\n
