Sacramento Kings vs Memphis Grizzlies Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Memphis Grizzlies travel to Sacramento for a Western Conference showdown with the Kings on Monday night. The Kings watched a six game winning streak fall by the wayside in a 129-127 home loss against the Philadelphia 76ers.<\/p>\n

The Grizzlies lost their second straight game 112-110 on the road against Phoenix Suns. This will be the fourth and final regular season meeting between these teams, Memphis currently leads 2-1. Tip-off is scheduled for 10:30 PM EST\/7:30 PST on NBATV.<\/p>\n

Grizzlies On Two Game Skid<\/h3>\n

The Memphis Grizzlies fell to 31-15 after losing to Phoenix on Sunday. Turnovers may have been the difference as Memphis lost that battle 20-17. Ja Morant led the team in scoring with 27 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists.<\/p>\n

Steven Adams recorded a 10 point, 16 rebound double-double while Desmond Bane added 24 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. The Grizzlies currently sit at 2nd place in the Western Conference only 1.5 games behind the Denver Nuggets.<\/p>\n

Memphis ranks 5th in the NBA in scoring with 117.8 points per game on 47.1% from the floor. They also sit #1 in league in defensive rating and 7th in defensive scoring with only 111.9 points allowed per game. The Grizzlies are sporting a clean injury report, a breath of fresh air nowadays.<\/p>\n

Kings Six Game Streak Snapped<\/h3>\n

The Sacramento Kings dropped to 26-19 on the season after losing at home against Philadelphia on Saturday. They were dominated down low as they lost the rebounding battle 46-29 while being outscored 70-56 in the paint.<\/p>\n

De’Aaron Fox led the team in scoring with 31 points along with 9 assists and 4 rebounds. Domantas Sabonis fell an assists short of triple-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.<\/p>\n

Harrison Barnes also scored 27 points, going 6-9 from long distance. The Kings are the #1 scoring team in the NBA with 120 points a game on 49.3% from the field.<\/p>\n

Defense has been a different story as they sit at 25th in defensive rating and 24th in defensive scoring with 117.1 points allowed per game. Chimezie Metu is only King listed on the injury report and he is questionable with a knee injury.<\/p>\n

This game is a virtual pick’em with the Memphis Grizzlies favored by only 1.5 points with a total set at 246.5. This is an intriguing matchup between two of the best in the Western Conference.<\/p>\n

I would love to roll with Memphis coming off a two game losing streak but the back-to-back scares me as they may sit some key player. This total is through the roof, especially considering the first three meetings only produced 235, 222 & 226 points.<\/p>\n

The Memphis Grizzlies are the best rated defense in the NBA. Jaren Jackson Jr is a key part of those two head-to-head meetings landing in the 220’s as opposed to the game that ended 235.<\/p>\n

The Kings rank only 25th in defense but have held the Grizzlies in check. This fourth and final matchup could produce a playoff like environment and with the Grizzlies on a back-to-back they may have tired legs.<\/p>\n

Sounds counterintuitive with two faced paced high scoring teams but everything will have to go right to get to 247. All we need is one low scoring quarter and we are golden for a cash on the under.<\/p>\n
