Stay on top of the latest NBA<\/a> updates direct from Las Vegas!<\/em><\/p>\n The Knicks started in San Antonio on Tuesday and stopped off in Indiana for a quick 20 point loss and will end up in Toronto on Friday as the have been racking up the frequent flyer miles along with the losses the last 10 days. The Raptors are looking to get back on the winning side after a loss to OKC, but they\u2019ve lost 8 out of 12 so let\u2019s figure out how to profit off these two struggling Eastern Conference foes.<\/p>\n Both these teams have performed about how I expected coming into this season\u2026no consistency from either team, both around .500 or worse, both towards the bottom in pace of play, both well below .500 ATS and both without a real identity. If we\u2019re trying to isolate specific weaknesses in each team I can point to Toronto\u2019s struggles to defend the shooting guards and small forwards, which could mean good things for Fournier and Barrett, but depending on them is not something I would like to do very often.<\/p>\n The Knicks just struggle with putting everything together night after night. They are 19th in scoring and 17th in opponent scoring, and what seems to be happening is they don\u2019t do anything at an elite level which means they don\u2019t have anything to lean on when games get close, and what we are starting to see is cracks in their defense. Opponents have put up 109 or more in five straight games, and I think that trend may continue on Friday.<\/p>\n The Knicks are looking tired, and that is flaring up on the defensive end and the Raptors just gave up 110 points at home to a bad Thunder team. So with those factors in play, I\u2019m looking to play the over. They played earlier this season to a 113-104 final where both teams got scoring contributions across the board and I think this game goes a similar route.
