RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

The German Bundesliga returns after a two-month hiatus on Friday with one of the games of the weekend across Europe as league leaders Bayern Munich travel over to the Red Bull Arena to take on 3rd place RB Leipzig.<\/p>\n

Both teams entered the break in some red-hot form overall, with Bayern winning six straight games while Leipzig won four straight themselves, so both teams will be eager to continue those respective streaks ahead of this one.<\/p>\n

Bayern Munich have enjoyed the better going of it against RB Leipzig over recent seasons, especially in this arena, with Bayern winning four of their last five games here outright since 2019.<\/p>\n

Bayern Continue To Set The Standard In Bundesliga<\/h3>\n

Bayern Munich will be gunning for their eleventh straight Bundesliga title in May as they continue to set the standard in Germany in terms of success rate.<\/p>\n

However, it hasn\u2019t been all plain sailing for them this season as they went through a spell in September playing in some very patchy form, winning just one of six league games overall.<\/p>\n

It appears former Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has since steadied that ship however and Bayern have slipped right back into their ultra-dominant form with six straight victories over their last six league games.<\/p>\n

Red Bulls Own Fortress in Leipzig<\/h3>\n

It seems the Red Bulls have built themselves something of a fortress in their home city of Leipzig this season as they currently own the league\u2019s best home record this year with 19 points banked from a possible 21.<\/p>\n

Those wins have come against some excellent teams as well, annihilating Borussia Dortmund 3-0 in this arena back in September along with beating 2nd placed Freiburg last time out 3-1 as well.<\/p>\n

On top of that, the Red Bulls have allowed just five goals at home all year against opponents, the joint-best home defensive record in the league, with new manager Marco Rose making defense a priority this season.<\/p>\n

RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich Prediction<\/h2>\n

Take away the team names here and RB Leipzig actually have the better numbers over Bayern Munich in recent starts with home\/road form factored in.<\/p>\n

RB Leipzig\u2019s numbers at home this year have been absolutely sensational, not just in general terms, but in underlying data also.<\/p>\n

However, Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku, the league\u2019s top scorer this season with 12 goals, looks sidelined for this game with a leg injury, but RB Leipzig still possess enough proven talent in attack with the likes of Andre Silva and Dominik Szoboszlai that they can punish the Bayern Munich defense.<\/p>\n

Bayern has won just three of their last six road games overall and allowed two goals against relegation battling Hertha Berlin in a recent road game as well.<\/p>\n
