Georgia vs TCU Prediction – Betting Analysis<\/h2>\n

Georgia: -13!<\/p>\n

In what was arguably the most exciting pair of College Football Playoff games from New Year\u2019s Eve, Georgia and TCU emerged victorious in their respective matchups.<\/p>\n

The Horned Frogs found themselves in a Big 12 like shoot out game against the Big Ten\u2019s Michigan Wolverines winning 51-44.<\/p>\n

There were over 1,000 total yards accumulated in that game similar to the later game in which Georgia and Ohio State put up exactly 1,000 yards of total offense in a 42-41 win by the Bulldogs.<\/p>\n

The Buckeyes missed their game winning field goal as the clock ticked towards 00:00 for the game and for 2022 as a whole as well.<\/p>\n

As a result of this madness on offense, Georgia and TCU will meet in the National Championship Game with the Bulldogs now as large 13 point favorites to win.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Georgia vs TCU Prediction – The Spread is WHAT?\u00a0 Nothing To Lose For TCU<\/h3>\n

One of the biggest reasons TCU was able to come away with an upset win over Michigan was a result of turnovers. The Horned Frogs returned two interceptions for touchdowns and the Wolverines also lost a fumble in this game as well.<\/p>\n

They shouldn\u2019t expect the Bulldogs to make the same errors on offense which means this Horned Frogs offense needs to take advantage each and every time they have the ball.<\/p>\n

Max Duggan will once again have to be the team\u2019s key playmaker whether it\u2019s with his legs or arm.<\/p>\n

He threw for 225 yards and added 57 yards on the ground as well accumulating four total touchdowns against Michigan. Starting running back Keandre Miller was hurt so keep an eye on his status heading into the National Championship.<\/p>\n

Quentin Johnston will be the go-to receiver for Duggan in this game who had 163 yards receiving and a touchdown against Michigan.<\/p>\n

Georgia One Win From Back-To-Back Titles<\/h3>\n

Georgia is back right where they want to be playing for back-to-back National Championships, but they can\u2019t get caught overlooking this Horned Frogs team.<\/p>\n

They played from behind pretty much their entire game against Ohio State and actually went into the fourth quarter down 38-24, but were able to outscore the Buckeyes 18-3 in the last frame.<\/p>\n

Heisman Trophy candidate Stetson Bennett had 398 yards passing and three touchdowns, but the Bulldogs need to get their ground game going more so.<\/p>\n

Sure they accumulated 135 yards on 26 carries but no consistency was able to get developed as running backs Kenny McIntosh and Daijun Edwards only had 13 carries combined between them.<\/p>\n

I think the most shocking stat to all of is this defense giving up 41 points while generating 0 turnovers and still picking up a win!<\/p>\n

Not only did they lose the turnover battle but also lost the time of possession battle as well against the Buckeyes. These are two things that need to change if the Bulldogs hope to cover against the Horned Frogs.<\/p>\n

Georgia vs TCU Prediction : That Spread is Just Nuts<\/h2>\n

TCU has been overlooked all season long in both non-conference and conference play. As long as they still play like they have nothing to lose I\u2019d feel comfortable taking the +13 on them here.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But this is Georgia vs TCU 2023, not 2022.\u00a0 Georgia is not playing like the Georgia of previous years and have shown many signs of vulnerability. If you want to wait and see if this line gets to +14 that\u2019s a case to make, but the Horned Frogs have shown enough to me to keep this game within two touchdowns at the very least.<\/p>\n
