Strasbourg vs PSG Betting Analysis<\/h3>\n

Relegation-battling Strasbourg travel over to the French capital on Wednesday night to take on league leaders PSG in a game they desperately need to get a result in if they\u2019re going to climb out of their current predicament at the foot of the table.<\/p>\n

However, that may be easier said than done here as PSG have 13 wins from 15 games this season and have won five straight at home also, so it\u2019ll be an extremely tall order for \u2018Le Racing\u2019 to come to Parc des Princes on Wednesday and get that result.<\/p>\n

PSG unsurprisingly have won 12 of their last 13 matchups against Strasbourg across all competitions in this venue, seven of which came by multiple-goal margins also. However, Strasbourg were able to carve out a 3-3 draw against PSG in their last meeting back in April.<\/p>\n

Gameiro To The Rescue<\/h3>\n

There\u2019s no question that current Strasbourg boss Julien Stephan is on the hot seat in terms of his position at the club after what was a disastrous start to the season.<\/p>\n

However, his savior might well come from former PSG striker Kevin Gameiro in this one, as the French forward netted in both head-to-head meetings against PSG last season and will look to do the same here.<\/p>\n

PSG Aim To Remain On Top<\/h3>\n

It hasn\u2019t just been in French Ligue 1 where Christophe Galtier\u2019s men have been dominant this season, but across every competition in Europe as well, with the Parisian club ranking as the only team in Europe\u2019s top five leagues to remain unbeaten on the season so far.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll not only look to continue that electric run against Strasbourg on Wednesday, but also in one of the most fascinating ties of February\u2019s Champions League knockout round matchups as well as they take on the mighty Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n

Even with no Lionel Messi for PSG ahead of this one after his World Cup victory with Argentina last week, it\u2019s an extremely tall order for Strasbourg to try and get something from this game.<\/p>\n

Since October 1st, PSG have notched the best overall offensive xG in the league while Strasbourg own the 3rd worst defensive xGA, and it\u2019s difficult to see Strasbourg keeping up with PSG in this one.<\/p>\n
