This will be their 8th road game out of nine, and after this one they still have one more to go. San Antonio will have a days rest so advantage to them in that department. San Antonio is a streaky team. In November they lost six in a row and followed that up with a four game win streak and they\u2019ve now lost two in a row. Early line is close to a pick em and the total is 212.5\u2026so lets find a wager!!!<\/p>\n Pace of play features two teams in the bottom half, and Denver is tied for 26th so we probably won\u2019t see a quick up and down the court type of game, but the big advantage in this game for a team is Denver with Jokic. The Nuggets will always have an advantage with him, but San Antonio is sixth worst guarding Centers, and since Jokic runs their offense it could be tough night guarding Joker. However, Denver is coming off a close game against New Orleans where the starters had to play a lot of minutes, and Denver is one of the least deep teams in the league.<\/p>\n I think that\u2019s going to be a real problem for Denver in this game. San Antonio\u2019s last game they had 11 players in double digit minutes, so coming into this game I\u2019m looking for Denver to slow the pace and limit the amount of shots, but with the wave of players San Antonio can throw at them I don\u2019t see the Spurs cooperating. There are no significant trends with ATS or Totals with these teams right now, so I\u2019m going to fade the team who\u2019s energy has to be at a lower level right after the road schedule and tough games they\u2019ve been playing including the OT game last night.
