Buffalo Sabres vs Los Angeles Kings Betting Analysis<\/h3>\n

The LA Kings will look to put some more consistency together on Tuesday night after alternating wins and losses over the month of December so far.<\/p>\n

A lot of those issues for the Kings have been on the defensive end which has shipped an average of 4.43 goals per game since the end of November.<\/p>\n

Buffalo meanwhile finally looked to have turned a corner two weeks ago after a protracted losing streak during November which saw them lose eight straight games.<\/p>\n

Since then however, the Sabres have gone 5-5 overall, but did drop both of their previous two games both home and away against the Pittsburgh Penguins.<\/p>\n

These two teams faced off against each other twice last season with LA winning both games by a combined 6-2 scoreline.<\/p>\n

Quick Struggling In Net For LA<\/h3>\n

With a GSAA average of -13.55 this season, 69th in the league overall with only Columbus\u2019 Elvis Merzlikins having a worse overall standing this season, it\u2019s fair to say Jonathan Quick has enjoyed better seasons between the posts for LA than this current one.<\/p>\n

However, he really hasn\u2019t been helped by a defense that ranks 26th in the league on overall defensive xGA this season and 28th on opponent scoring chances also.<\/p>\n

Sabres Look To Rely On Offense<\/h3>\n

With a defense that has shipped 3.68 goals against per game this year, the league\u2019s 5th highest mark overall, it\u2019s no surprise that the Buffalo Sabres have had to rely on their explosive offense to get them out of trouble in games this season.<\/p>\n

The Sabres rank just behind the Boston Bruins in terms of scoring offense this season, averaging 3.86 goals per game, and rank 2nd in the league on both total power play goals scored and connect percentage this season as well.<\/p>\n

Buffalo Sabres vs Los Angeles Kings Prediction<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s no surprise to see the Over 6.5 goals currently juiced up to around -130 in this one as it\u2019s hard to envision anything other than an absolute ton of goals taking place in this one later tonight.<\/p>\n

Both teams rank as two of the worst defensive teams in the entire league whilst also being amongst the very best offensively, with LA ranking 2nd in the league this year on offensive xG.<\/p>\n

No need to overthink this one as we should see a ton of action on Tuesday night and we\u2019re taking the Over 6.5 goals (-130) to get to the window in the matchup between the LA Kings and the Buffalo Sabres.<\/p>\n
