Memphis Grizzlies vs Atlanta Hawks Betting Analysis<\/h3>\n

The Atlanta Hawks travel to the FedEx Forum for a non-conference clash with the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night. The Grizzlies improved to 17-9 on the season after dropping the Detroit Pistons 114-103 at home on Friday night.<\/p>\n

The Hawks upped their record to 14-13 after coming out on top of a 123-122 overtime game against the Chicago Bulls last night. This will be the first of two head-to-head meetings as these teams meet again in Atlanta on March 26th. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:10 PM EST\/5:10 PST on NBATV.<\/p>\n

Hawks Flying High After Overtime Victory<\/h3>\n

The Atlanta Hawks snapped a three game losing streak after winning a 123-122 overtime thriller over the Chicago Bulls just last night. The Bulls looked to have things wrapped up after three DeMar DeRozan free throws gave them a one point lead with only 0.5 seconds remaining.<\/p>\n

AJ Griffin hit a 6-footer on a alley-oop pass as time expired, the second buzzer beater in his rookie season. Bojan Bogdonavic led the team with 28 points off the bench while hitting 6 of 14 three point attempts.<\/p>\n

Clint Capela recorded a 15 point 14 rebound double-double as did Trae Young with 19 points and 14 assists. Atlanta ranks ranks 14th in scoring with 113.2 points per game. Young leads the team with 27.5 points and 9.5 assists per game.<\/p>\n

The Hawks are the 18th best scoring defense in the NBA with 113.8 points allowed per game. They are 9th in rebounding with 44.5 boards a game.<\/p>\n

Dejounte Murray and John Collins are both expected to miss a few more weeks with ankle injuries and De’Andre Hunter is day-to-day with a hip injury.<\/p>\n

Grizzlies Push For Sixth Straight Win<\/h3>\n

At 17-9, the Memphis Grizzlies sit at 2nd place in the Western Conference after beating the Detroit Pistons on Friday night. The Grizzlies shot an impressive 48.4% from the field but hit only 9 of 32 three-pointers.<\/p>\n

Jaren Jackson Jr led all scorers with 20 points on 8-12 from the floor. Ja Morant recorded a 15 point 12 assist double-double while Brandon Clarke added 17 points off the bench. On the season, Memphis ranks 10th in scoring with 115 points a game on 46.3% from the field and 35.8% from beyond the arc.<\/p>\n

Morant leads the team with 27.7 points and 7.8 assists a night. Defensively the Grizz are just above average in scoring with 112 points allowed per game and ranking 12th in the NBA. Memphis is the #1 rebounding team in the league with 48.7 rebounds per game.<\/p>\n

Desmond Bane remains out with a toe injury,as does Danny Green who is working his way back from a knee injury. Jake LaRavia has been out since November 27th and is considered day-to-day.<\/p>\n
