Charlotte Hornets vs Sacramento Kings Analysis<\/h3>\n

The Sacramento Kings travel cross-country to the Spectrum Center to face the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night. The Hornets picked up a 120-113 victory at home over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

The Kings won their first game of the season on Saturday in a 119-113 home victory over the Miami Heat. The second and final meeting between these squads is scheduled for December 19th in a head-to-head season series they split last season. Tip-off is slated for 7:00 PM EST\/4:00 PST.<\/p>\n

Hornets Buzz Struggling Warriors<\/h3>\n

The Charlotte Hornets survived overtime against the Golden State Warriors in an impressive 120-113 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday. PJ Washington paced his club with 31 points on 13 for 23 from the field.<\/p>\n

Jalen McDaniels led the team in rebounds with a 12 point 11 rebound double-double while coming off the bench. The Hornets outscored the Warriors 13-6 in overtime to seal the victory. They won the game despite playing without their starting backcourt of Lamelo Ball and Terry Rozier.<\/p>\n

The Hornets offense has remained high-flying with 118.5 points a game ranking them 5th in the NBA. Defense has been a different story as they rank 21st with 115.8 points allowed per game.<\/p>\n

The Hornets have managed a .500 start despite missing some of their best talent, however it will be difficult to keep this up long-term.<\/p>\n

Kings Get First Taste Of Victory<\/h3>\n

The Sacramento Kings got off the schneid with a surprising 119-113 victory over the Miami Heat at home on Saturday evening. Tyler Herro was what his team needed with 34 points on 13 of 22 and 5 for 8 from beyond the arc.<\/p>\n

Center Bam Adebayo chipped in with 23 points while Jimmy Butler led his team in rebounds with 7 hoards. The Kings built a 22 point halftime lead which afforded them the opportunity to still win despite losing both the 3rd & 4th quarters.<\/p>\n

Sacramento isn’t known for their defensive prowess as they allow the 6th most points with over 118 per game. On offense they are middle of the pack in scoring with 114.2 points a game that ranks 16th in the league. The Kings finally picked up their first win but it remains to be seen if they can build any sort of a streak.<\/p>\n
