Columbus Blue Jackets vs Nashville Predators Betting Analysis<\/h3>\n

The Nashville Predators will look for a big rebound here on Thursday night after three consecutive losses against the Stars and Kings respectively in the last week. They face a team in the Columbus Blue Jackets who know all about three-straight losses, opening up the season on that run against the Hurricanes, Lightning, and Blues.<\/p>\n

Columbus was able to bounce back, however, with an OT win against Vancouver on Tuesday, and will look to string back-to-back wins together for the first time this season against Nashville on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The Predators rank ninth in the league in overall offensive xG this season, and rank top-five in high-danger scoring chance creation rate as well. So they should provide a stern test for this Columbus Blue Jackets defense here on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Defense Remains an Issue for the Blue Jackets<\/h3>\n

Speaking of defense, Columbus ranks inside the bottom-five teams in the league this season in terms of overall goals allowed, giving up 4.25 goals against per game on average to opponents this year.<\/p>\n
