Considering Alonso\u2019s power and Yankee Stadium\u2019s ability to give up many home runs, getting him at +280 isn\u2019t bad value.<\/p>\n He\u2019s 4-6 against the Yankees so far this season and has belted four home runs already this month. Eighteen of Alonso\u2019s 30 home runs have come on the road in 250 at-bats coming out to a home run every 14 at-bats and it\u2019s been exactly 14 road at-bats since his last home run away from Citi Field.<\/p>\n German has given up three home runs on the road in 18.2 innings pitched and allows right handed hitters to hit .315 so far against him this season. His one start against the Mets this season he went 4.2 innings allowing two earned runs including the one home run to Alonso previously mentioned.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re interested in another Mets player to hit a home run, consider Mark Canha (+630)<\/strong> who is coming off a two home run game and is 7-11 with a home run against German in his career. Tyler Naquin (+450)<\/strong> is another good bet who has a home run off German in six at-bats against him in his career.<\/p>\n Max Muncy\u2019s hitting this season is probably something he\u2019d like to forget as he\u2019s only batting .190 this season which is a huge step back from the .249 average he had last season. To his credit though he\u2019s been trying to improve hitting .328 in August with seven home runs.<\/p>\n Those home runs are more than double he\u2019s hit in any month this season so far. He hits .197 at home compared to .183 on the road and seven of his 16 home runs have come at Dodger Stadium. It\u2019s tough to suggest a lefty vs lefty matchup as managers often sit lefties like Muncy against a lefty starter like Eric Lauer, but stats between these two show otherwise.<\/p>\n Two of Muncy\u2019s four hits against Lauer have been home runs and the pitcher has been much worse on the road than at home this season. He sports a 4.48 road ERA allowing 15 home runs in 64.1 innings pitched coming out to a home run allowed every 4.5 innings.<\/p>\n Lauer also has been worse against lefties this season than righties in terms of batting average at .235 vs lefties and .226 vs righties. Get Muncy at +370 but other Dodger hitters to consider are Trea Turner (+300)<\/strong> who has two home runs against Lauer and Cody Bellinger (+550)<\/strong> who is 5-15 with a home run off Lauer as well.<\/p>\n Interested in placing a home run prop bet?
