What subscriptions do I currently have?

  • To view any active subscriptions, WagerBuxx, WagerRewards, or Capper Credit balance, click on Plays from your WagerTalk account; this information is located in the right-hand column of your Members Area. You can also manage your account, add credit cards, change your password, and more from the Quick Links section.

I'm not receiving promotional emails.

How do I access my plays?

There are two ways to access plays:

  1. Log in to your account and click Plays in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. They are emailed to the address registered to your account as released.

* You must opt-in to receive email notifications.

If you purchased a download, guide, or newsletter, click Downloads from your member's area(Plays) to access your purchased download.

*Plays released prior to your purchase may not be sent via email. Please be sure to log in and check your account.

When will I get my plays?

  • Your plays will be loaded to your account as soon as they are released. If you have opted in to receive service-related emails, they will also be sent to the address on file.

I'm not getting emails with my plays

  • Check your account to be sure you have opted in to receive service-related emails by checking the box next to "Update me by email when my picks have been finalized" under your contact details.

    Login > Plays > Under Quick Links > Manage Account

  • It's possible that you may have, even accidentally, marked our emails as spam. If you suspect this may be the case, please email our support team at Support@WagerTalk.com.
  • If you are using a corporate email, there may be a firewall in place that is preventing delivery; for this reason, it is recommended always to use a personal address.

*Due to some policies and restrictions imposed by various esp's we can not guarantee the delivery of all emails; therefore, we strongly encourage you to regularly check your account. To help ensure the delivery of emails, be sure you have added WagerTalk/Sportsmemo/GoldSheet as a trusted contact to your email.

**Please note that all subscription-based purchases apply to games played during the date(s) of the subscription, not the specific day that the play was released.

I have a subscription, but I didn't get all the plays

  • Be sure to check your Members page to view any plays that may have been released earlier in the week. All future plays will be sent by email and also available on your member's page.

I bought a package, but the game was canceled/postponed, do I get a refund?

  • Yes, once the play has been updated to a "No Play," your account will be refunded accordingly
  1. If you purchased a single-play daily package and the event has been canceled, your account will be issued a credit equivalent to 100% of your purchase once the result of the play has been updated to a "No Play"
  2. If you purchased a Multi-game daily package and a single event has been canceled, no credit is applied.
  3. If you purchased an all-access pass or seasonal subscription and the event has been canceled, no credit is applied.

I bought a package, and it lost, do I get a refund?

  • If you purchased a guaranteed daily play package, Yes,  you will be refunded 100% of the cash portion of your purchase.

*W/L results of a daily play package with multiple events/picks are determined by the overall outcome of all the plays.

**Guarantees are not applicable on any all-access passes or subscriptions

Can I switch my handicapper?

  • It is our top priority to make sure you are happy with your service(s). If you find the handicapper you are subscribed to is not a good fit for you, please reach out to our team at Support@wagertalk.com. They will make every effort to help find a better match for you.

What is a Power Pass?

  • With a WagerTalk Power Pass, you receive every play from every betting consultant at a ridiculously discounted price. Every WagerTalk expert and every game they release for the duration of your pass. We currently offer 1, 2, 3, and 7 day passes.

What rating are the free plays?

  • Free plays do not contain a play rating, as they are for informational purposes only unless otherwise stated by the handicapper.

My capper didn't release any plays today, do I get an extra day?

  • It is to be expected that on long-term subscriptions, there may be days that your handicapper(s) does not release a play(s) for a variety of reasons. However, if you have a shorter-term subscription (up to 30 days), your service will be extended accordingly. If you don't think this happened, please ask our support team to take a look. Support@wagertalk.com

What are WagerBuxx, and how do I use them?

  • WagerBuxx are a form of internal currency with cash value. WagerBuxx are purchased at a discounted rate i.e. $100 buys $110 in WagerBuxx that can be used to purchase anything site-wide.

*Purchased WagerBuxx CAN be combined with special offers, promotions, and coupon codes.

  • Add the product or service you wish to purchase to your cart, and at checkout, you can apply them by checking the "Use Eligible WagerBuxx?" to the left of your cart.

*Please make sure your total reflects the correct amount before processing your payment.

What are Capper Credits, and how do I use them?

  • Capper Credits are a form of internal currency with NO cash value. Capper credits are earned in various ways and are either eligible for use with a specific handicapper or available to be used towards "any capper". If your credits are valid towards "any capper" they can be applied towards the purchase of any daily package, all-access pass, or subscription with the handicapper of your choice. If they are specific to an expert, they can only be used towards a purchase with that Handicapper
  • Add the product or service you wish to purchase to your cart, and at checkout, you can apply them by checking the "Use Eligible WagerBuxx?" to the left of your cart.

Please confirm your total reflects the correct amount before processing your transaction.

*Capper credits may NOT be combined with special offers, promotions, or coupon codes.

**Capper credits will expire after 45 days of inactivity; for this reason, the system will default to using these credits before applying paid WagerBuxx in the event you have both.

How can I make sure that my Capper Credits do not expire?

  • Free WagerBuxx(Capper Credits) will expire without activity for 45 days or longer.

To avoid the expiration of your credits;

  1. Redeem any eligible portion of WagerBuxx on your account.
  2. Any new purchase of a daily package or subscription.
  3. Any new downloaded guide, free or purchased.

What are WagerRewards, and how do I use them?

  • WagerRewards are earned with each purchase at a rate of 5% on the dollar. These rewards are redeemable on the 1st of each month and can be converted to WagerBuxx/Capper Credits with no cash value. You can view your balance and make the conversion by logging in to your account and clicking on Plays; from there, you can view your rewards balance just below your WagerBuxx/Capper Credit balance, then click the orange button to redeem. https://www.wagertalk.com/members/wagerrewards

Why isn't my coupon code working?

  • Be sure that you have selected to correct service that the coupon code is valid for.

*ex. Did you select a 7-day NFL pass vs a 7-day all-access pass?

Why am I not given the option to use my WagerBuxx at checkout?

  • If the option to apply WagerBuxx(Capper Credits) is not displayed, it's likely the item(s) or services in your cart are NOT eligible for purchase using free credits(capper credits).

*In most cases, promo codes and special offers can not be combined with free credits.

I completed the survey you sent, but havent received the bonus credit

How do I make a purchase with Bitcoin?

What is your refund policy?

All Sales are Final, and products are sold “as is”. Once a product or service has been purchased, delivered, and/ or viewed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be issued due to restrictions imposed by Federal and/or local regulatory agencies, including but not limited to;

  • In-state collegiate teams and events
  • In-state Professional teams and events
  • Wager or Sub-Wager Type
  • Lack of access to authorized operators
  • Undelivered email or SMS notifications as we are unable to guarantee the deliverability and/or restrictions set forth by your provider.

My payment isn't going through?

  • Check to make sure the information you've entered is correct, i.e., St vs Street, Rd vs Road, is the billing zip correct?
  • Your bank may have issued a fraud verification alert; this can usually be resolved by calling your bank to authorize the transaction and clearing the alert. Then retry your purchase

What are the assumptions used to calculate the profit in Who's Hot?

  • Our wager scale represents “to win” amounts. So for the sake of simplicity, using a $100 scale and a 2 unit wager, the amount that we’re looking to win(profit) per wager is $200.

Using the screenshot below as an example:

  • In the Medvedev match, the handicapper laid $600 to win $200.
  • In the Djokovic match, he laid $640 to win $200.
  • The Djokovic match won, so he was +$200.
  • The Medvedev bet lost, so he lost $600.
  • $200 profit minus a $600 loss = - $400 or - 4%

What does percentage of bankroll mean?

  • This represents the max amount of your bankroll that should be placed on a specific wager. i.e. if your bankroll is $1000 and its a 4% play you should wager no more than $40

What does 3%, 4%, 5% mean?

  • This represents the max amount of your bankroll that should be placed on a specific wager. i.e. if your bankroll is $1000 and its a 4% play you should wager no more than $40

What do the colors mean in the live odds?

  • These colors reflect recent line movement.

Red- Line changed less than 2 minutes ago

Yellow - Line changed less than 5 minutes ago

Green - Line changed less than 10 minutes ago

You can find the color key by expanding the Red arrow in the upper left-hand corner and scrolling to the bottom.

 

What does O/U, tickets, & money columns mean on your odds page?

  • Tickets represent the percentage of tickets purchased by the public on a particular side.
  • Money represents the percentage of real money wagered by the public on a particular side.

In this example; 

Those who wagered on the Under, make up 82% of the Tickets purchased and 94% of the Money placed/wagered.

Who decides the GoldSheet plays? 

  • The GoldSheet team currently consists of six handicappers with each one of them focusing on a specific area in specific sports. The team collaborates each day to share thoughts on their favorite wagers, betting notes and injury news. Using that collaboration, the team determines their top selections for the day and those consensus picks are what gets released to clients.
