RULES
I. Betting
Handicappers will have an initial capital of 200 points. At the end of the contest, the handicapper with the most number of points wins. Computing the total number of points is as follows:
Remaining points LESS Initial capital (200) = Your total PROFIT
Handicappers will pick the games, if not all games, they want to bet on for a week. (NCAA Football has 14 weeks) Players will then wager their initial capital corresponding to how much each betting proposition costs.
NCAA Football Team to win in desired game (10 points)
WIN +10 / LOSE (Incorrect prediction) -10
NCAA Football Team to cover the POINT SPREAD in desired game (5 points)
WIN +5 / LOSE (Incorrect prediction) -5
Determine whether the total points scored will be OVER / UNDER in desired game (5 points)
WIN +5 / LOSE (Incorrect prediction) -5
Handicappers failing to make a single bet for one week will be penalized. (-10 points)
NCAA FOOTBALL SEASON CONTEST ends at the end of Week 14.
II. Prizes
Handicappers will be awarded with weekly $50 prizes as well as a whopping $1,000 for the grand prize winner.
WEEKLY WINNER: Handicapper with the most number of accumulated points in the week will be the WEEKLY WINNER. WEEKLY WINNER wins $50. In case of a tie, the handicapper with the highest point total (leading all handicappers in TOTAL PROFIT) at that point of the week will be the winner.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Handicapper with the highest point total at the end of the duration of the contest wins a whopping $1,000.
NOTE: Handicappers should be account holders of any of our merchants PRIOR to the betting week to win the entire prize. If a handicapper is NOT an account holder, he will win HALF of the prize money.
